Location

The conference will be held at Peking University (No.5 Yiheyuan Road, Haidian District, Beijing, China). Located in the heart of Beijing's university district, PKU offers a unique blend of academic atmosphere and cultural richness. The surrounding area offers numerous attractions and restaurants within walking and biking distance, including historical sites like the Summer Palace. Our student volunteers look forward to helping international guests explore the city's cultural heritage. Conference attendees will have access to various campus facilities, including diverse dining options at our student dining halls (map).

Transportation

  • The venue is easily accessible from Beijing's two international airports (1 hour subway to Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK), and 1.5 hour subway to DaXing International Apirport (PKX)).
  • The venue is easily accessible from Beijing South railway station and Beijing west railway station by subway.

Visa Information

  • The Visa-Free Transit Policy in China has been updated to 240 hours (ten days) for visitors from one of the 54 countries (link). It requires travelers to have a confirmed onward ticket to a third country or region (e.g., Hong Kong, Macau, or another international destination) within 240 hours (10 days) of arrival in China.
