Welcome to the website for the 2025 q-Bio conference.

Starting at Santa Fe, the q-Bio conference has since traveled to new venues each year, growing alongside the field it champions. What began as a deep dive into cellular regulation has evolved into a broader exploration of life's patterns across all scales. Today, as AI reshapes biology and data flows abundantly, q-Bio shows how bringing together different scientific minds - physicists, biologists, mathematicians, and computer scientists - can unlock life's mysteries.
 

In 2025, q-Bio conference (July 21-24, 2025) with the summer school (July 19-21, 2025) will be hosted by the Center for Quantitative Biology (CQB) at Peking University. CQB (http://cqb.pku.edu.cn) organizes annual international meetings of quantitative biology since 2000. As a pioneer in interdisciplinary studies in China, CQB's mission is to advance research, education, and international collaboration at the intersection of physical and biological sciences. In recognition of the increasing impact of computational biology, we are pleased to host the q-Bio meeting at Peking University in 2025, with the theme "Emergent Orders in Living Systems Across Scales", in the hope of promoting extensive discussions and collaborations for further development of the field.
